$2.6 million Utility Relocation Contract is awarded to W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc. The contract award will allow the Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority (Construction Authority) to begin work on the $1.4 billion, six-station Glendora to Montclair segment in October, with the first three years being spent relocating utilities, conducting pre-construction activities, finalizing engineering plans and hiring the design-build contract team.

Jan 26, 2017 - Foothill Gold Line Board Approves New Project Schedule for Glendora to Montclair Extension
At their January meeting last night, the Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority (Construction Authority) Board of Directors approved an updated workplan and schedule for the 12.3-mile, six-station Foothill Gold Line light rail extension from Glendora to Montclair. The updated schedule, which assumes ground breaking in October 2017 and substantial completion in late-2025 to early-2026, is based on detailed constructability reviews completed late last year on the project’s draft advanced conceptual engineering (ACE) documents.
